Jan 6th - KOA Marco Island to KOA Pine Island

I became a KOA member yesterday. They extremely nice … especially at the Marco Island. Their facilities are very clean. As a member I believe you get a 10% discount.

While I was still in Naples, I headed to the Total Wine store to meet the wine manager. I was very happy to meet Kenz, an employee who chose Macchia Mischievous Zinfandel as his wine he recommends. Thanks Kenz!

Next, I set out for Sanibel and Captiva on a small island off Fort Meyers.

Sanibel is a great beach to do a five mile walk.

I really like the West Coast of Florida…except for their “no see ‘ems” Bugs you can’t see that bite you…. leaving you itching, especially in the middle of the night. 😩
